Late Mr. Santosh Kr. Das started a family business of galvanised overhead water tanks and steel furniture on College Street, Kolkata — but always carried a bigger dream: to gift a livelihood to people in need. That dream was carried forward by his son, Late Mr. Satya Prasad Das, through JOBIVISOR, established on 16th November, 1978.

This gift of livelihood was further propelled by Mrs. Ruby Das, granddaughter of the honourable founder, through her training and grooming sessions spanning 23 years — the gift of JOB + ADVISOR = JOBIVISOR. A Master's in English from Burdwan University, West Bengal, and a trained teacher initially associated with St. Joseph's Convent, Chandan Nagar, Kolkata, Mrs. Ruby Das has conducted grooming sessions across Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune, Nasik, and Lucknow. She joined the family business and mission — JOBIVISOR, a bandhan — and has been a job advisor shaping innumerable dreams for more than 23 years.

Recognising the same everyday need for financial relief that once drove people to seek employment, the group launches Karoli Energy — helping Indian homes and businesses cut their electricity bills for good through rooftop solar.
Alongside solar, the group launches Sai 3rd Eye, bringing CCTV cameras, smart locks, and connected security electronics to the same customers it already serves — because peace of mind should cover both your power bill and your front door.

We work with every major Indian panel manufacturer, including Tata Solar, Adani Solar, Vikram Solar, Waaree Energies, and Loom Solar, so you get a system matched to your roof and budget rather than a single brand's catalogue.
Every project runs through the same four stages: a free site visit to understand your load and roof, data-backed system design and subsidy paperwork, professional installation by trained technicians, and — unlike many installers — an ongoing after-market relationship of scheduled cleaning and health checkups. We handle the DISCOM applications, net-metering setup, and PM Surya Ghar subsidy filing on your behalf, so the only thing you have to do is watch your bill shrink.
Sai 3rd Eye is our security and smart-home electronics venture — because a well-powered home deserves a well-protected one too. We supply and install CCTV camera systems, video doorbells, smart locks, and connected alarm systems for homes, shops, offices, and factories.
